Assistant Fund Manager – Digital Assets

  Central Malta  |  €38,000 - €45,000 Annually 

A highly reputable client of ours specialising in Financial and Corporate services, is currently looking to onboard a Assistant Fund Manager – Digital Assets to join their team.

Main responsibilities :

  • Support pre-launch and operational setup of new digital asset funds.
  • Ensure accurate, timely fund administration with strong controls.
  • Review NAV valuations and monitor fund expenses.
  • Coordinate audits and financial statement reviews.
  • Manage regulatory reporting and statutory compliance.
  • Oversee fee payments and debt follow-ups.
  • Assist in leading the Fund Accounting team, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Enhance team performance through collaboration and development.
  • Handle additional duties as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in fund administration, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

Education and Experience

  • Hold a degree in Accountancy, ACCA qualification, or a degree in Banking & Finance.
