Fund Accountant

  Central Malta  |  €23,000 - €29,000 Annually 

A highly reputable client of ours specialising in Financial and Corporate services, is currently looking to onboard a Fund Accountant to join their team.

Main responsibilities :

  • Accurately preparing NAV calculations while meeting deadlines
  • Ensuring timely delivery of work and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Preparing financial and management reports for funds
  • Conducting cash and security reconciliations
  • Maintaining accounting records and preparing schedules
  • Preparing financial statements in compliance with IFRS
  • Handling regulatory reporting requirements
  • Managing the Fund Accounting relationship with Team Managers
  • Coordinating with auditors

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
  • Proactive and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • At least one year of experience in fund accounting is advantageous.

Education and Experience

  • A minimum of an A-level qualification in Accountancy.
