Fund Administrator & Operations Analyst

Our client, an asset management company, is seeking to recruit a Fund Administrator & Operations Analyst. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Executive the daily operations of investments funds which include transaction processing and trade reconciliations
• Preparing and maintaining accurate records of fund activity which includes investor reports, regulatory filings and financial statements
• Ensuring compliance is in line with any regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Generating precise reports in a timely manner to support decision making by senior management, the board as well as regulatory authorities.
• Monitoring and assessing the risks associated with fund operations, including market risk, liquidity risk and operational risk and reporting such to the Head of Fund Operations
• Acting as a primary point of contact for investors and addressing any enquiries in a timely manner

Requirements

• Minimum one year experience in a similar role within Financial Services
• Highly organized and meticulous
• Possess excellent intrapersonal skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• An excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written

Education and Experience

• A Degree/Diploma in a relevant area such as banking and finance, economics or Business
