Our company. a leader in its field, and is a financial services provider, seeks an experienced Head of Client Relationship Management to join its office.
The Role
- You will manage a team that oversees a large portfolio of commercial clients, providing guidance on FX risk management and transactional support.
- You will focus on client retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities while meeting revenue and business targets.
- You will lead and manage proactive client engagement which will require frequent communication to understand and fulfill client needs.
- You will be part of the leadership team.
Requirements
- A strong track record in account management and sales within the FinTech or finance sectors is essential
- Should have 5+ years of experience in payments and AML
- You should have at least 5 years in a managerial role
Education and Experience
- A degree in Financial Services is preferred
