Junior CRM Manager

  Malta  |  €35,000 - €45,000 Annually 

Our client in the Gaming Industry is looking for a Junior CRM Manager to join their team in Malta, on a fully remote basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining data driven CRM campaigns across channels 
  • Optimising the customer journey through CRM measures particularly with front end features and interactive points 
  • Handling the CRM data, to ensure all measures are taken and followed
  • Coming up with new approaches to increase customer loyalty, satisfaction and lifetime value 
  • Working closely with overseas team to implement CRM solutions 

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a similar function, in the Gaming Industry
  • Must be based in Malta
  • Excellent verbal and written English, German would be considered as an asset

Education and Experience

  • A Degree Level of Education in Marketing or equivalent
