Online Gaming CRM Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Online Gaming CRM Specialist to join a dynamic growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing CRM campaigns to enhance user engagement and retention within the online gaming environment. This role requires a creative thinker with a deep understanding of CRM strategies, data analytics, and customer behaviour. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement CRM campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth in the online gaming space. 
  • Analyse customer data to segment audiences and personalize marketing efforts. 
  • Utilize CRM tools to set up automated campaigns and targeted emails.
  • Domain Management & Deliverability: Execute and monitor domain warming, DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup to ensure optimal email deliverability, sender reputation, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Design, test, and deploy email campaigns with A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization to enhance engagement and conversion rates. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for campaigns that resonate with our audience. 
  • Monitor and report on the performance of CRM initiatives, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights. 
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in CRM and online gaming to continually refine our approach. 
  • Work closely with product and management to ensure cohesive messaging and an exceptional player experience. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in CRM management within the online gaming industry. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Customer.io or Klaviyo) 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Creative mindset with a passion for gaming and customer engagement. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Knowledge of Deliverability Tools: Experience with tools such as Google Postmaster, Mail Tester, or other email monitoring services.
