Senior Marketing Manager

Our client is leading entity on the Maltese islands and they provide professional services to other companies. The company would like to engage a Senior Human Resources Manager to join their team.

The Role

• Design and execute a strategic marketing plan covering digital outreach, social media, events, and client engagement to ensure that company brand and business objectives are met.
• Lead branding, public relations, and media communications to strengthen the firm’s market presence.
• Oversee content production, including videos, podcasts, and SEO strategies for better visibility.
• Organize and manage conferences, seminars, and corporate events to enhance networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry associations and other interested parties
• Coordinate with marketing agencies to ensure effective digital and print campaigns.
• Drive email marketing initiatives, CRM optimization, and performance tracking.
• Provide internal marketing training and support employer branding efforts.
• Supervise the creation of branded materials, merchandise, and promotional items.
• Identify growth opportunities and assist teams in executing business development strategies.

Requirements

• Must experience in a similar role and grade
• Must have excellent communication skills at all levels
• Need to own and excecute the whole marketing strategy and implementation
• Be the driver of the marketing function
• Preferably have a related degree in Marketing and Communications
