Our Client, one of the leading companies in Malta is looking for a Vending and Equipment Coordinator. Reporting to the Services Manager you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Cold Drinks Section within the Services Department, overseeing Coffee equipment, Dispense, Coolers, and Vending Operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Plan and schedule weekly installations and dismantling with the Services Manager.
- Coordinate site visits for new installations, ensuring preparations are made.
- Schedule work rosters for technicians.
- Coordinate equipment distribution schedules.
- Allocate preventive maintenance calls to minimise machine downtime.
- Prepare reports as requested.
- Monitor service calls, address recurring issues, and ensure proper use of the Calls Ticketing System.
- Participate in stock takes with Finance.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 07:00 - 15:30 / 08:00 - 17:00
Requirements
- Hold an excellent level of written and verbal Maltese and English.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration and customer care or relations.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
Education and Experience
- At least an 'A' Level education.
