• Present and manage live casino games streamed to online players.
• Participate in promotional activities and media campaigns, both internally and externally.
• Engage with players to deliver an interactive and enjoyable experience.
• Continuously enhance skills and knowledge to maintain performance.
• Report any unusual activities or incidents including gaming, team, or chat-related issues.
• Perform additional tasks as required by the company.
• Conduct quality control checks in line with departmental standards.

Requirements

• Fluent level of Vietnamese language
• Good level of English
• Effective and approachable communication, with the ability to respond promptly to live chat inquiries
• Being confident and able to entertain online players
• Ability to work 24/7 on a rotating shift basis (day/afternoon/night), including weekends and holidays.
