Requirements

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is required. Preference will be given to Engineering.
Candidates must have proven extensive experience in operations leadership.
Expertise in logistics, compliance-driven industries, or large-scale systems is a strong asset.
The COO should demonstrate a proven ability to drive efficiency improvements.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are necessary.
