Duty Operations Manager

Our client, a leading company in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Duty Manager to join their team and contribute to an upcoming project. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple departments, ensuring seamless and efficient hotel operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating operations across all hotel departments to ensure efficiency and high performance.  
• Hiring, training, and supervising staff while organizing work schedules to maintain adequate staffing levels.  
• Handling guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance overall satisfaction and service quality.  
• Monitoring budgets, managing expenditures, and implementing cost-saving strategies.  
• Overseeing reservations and front office procedures to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.  
• Upholding quality standards in all hotel services, including cleanliness, guest interactions, and operational procedures.  
• Ensuring staff adhere to uniform guidelines and maintain a professional appearance.  
• Enforcing health, safety, and legal compliance across all hotel operations.  
• Supervising housekeeping and food & beverage inventory, conducting spot checks, and managing supplier relations.  
• Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Rooms Division Manager, fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience local in a similar role
• Strong leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the capacity to thrive in high-pressure environments while managing various operational, staffing, and guest-related challenges daily
• A proactive and hands-on approach to daily operations
• A valid Category B driving license is considered a plus
