Health, Safety & Security Manager

  Central Malta  |  up to €45,000 Annually 

We are looking for a Health, Safety & Security Manager to maintain the highest standard for facilities management for the corporate offices and general areas of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and consistently implement the company’s health, safety, and security policies.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with current and emerging health, safety, and security legislation by maintaining effective systems and procedures.
  • Collaborate with managers to drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and security management, including conducting regular audits.
  • Oversee rigorous risk assessments and accident management processes to identify hazards and establish effective controls.
  • Address areas for improvement with staff or external bodies, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
  • Coordinate with Occupational Health Services on health surveillance needs and perform stress risk assessments as required.
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Manage corporate office standards to enhance employee experience and attract prospective talent through effective facilities management.

Requirements:

  • Be a mature person with preferably 3 years work experience in a similar role
  • Be in possession of a recognized degree in Health and Safety
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of health and safety, practices and legislation
  • Have strong analytical skills
  • Have strong leadership and communication skills
