We are looking for a Health, Safety & Security Manager to maintain the highest standard for facilities management for the corporate offices and general areas of the company.
Responsibilities:
Review and consistently implement the company’s health, safety, and security policies.
Monitor and ensure compliance with current and emerging health, safety, and security legislation by maintaining effective systems and procedures.
Collaborate with managers to drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and security management, including conducting regular audits.
Oversee rigorous risk assessments and accident management processes to identify hazards and establish effective controls.
Address areas for improvement with staff or external bodies, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
Coordinate with Occupational Health Services on health surveillance needs and perform stress risk assessments as required.
Maintain accurate records in compliance with legal requirements.
Manage corporate office standards to enhance employee experience and attract prospective talent through effective facilities management.
Requirements:
Be a mature person with preferably 3 years work experience in a similar role
Be in possession of a recognized degree in Health and Safety
Possess comprehensive knowledge of health and safety, practices and legislation
