Chef De Partie

Our client operating in hospitality is looking to employ a Chef De Partie to join their growing team.  

• Capable of working in various areas, including À la Carte service, pizza preparation, and Seasons Outside Catering.
• Assists senior staff in ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Reports to work on time, always wearing the correct uniform and maintaining appropriate grooming standards.
• Supervises assigned team members, ensuring that service standards and procedures are consistently followed.
• Verifies that items ordered from the store are received in the right quantity and quality, stored correctly according to Waterfront Hotel guidelines, and used as per standard recipes.
• Promotes the company’s brand and builds personalized relationships with clients.
• Handles store requisitions.
• Monitors events and functions.

Requirements

• Able to lead the team in the absence of senior staff.
• Maintains positive working relationships with all colleagues.
• Fully understands company policies, the HACCP system, and health and safety protocols.
• Promotes the company’s brand and builds personalized relationships with clients.
• Adapts positively to change.
• Maintains a high standard of personal appearance at all times.

Education and Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Relevant educational qualification.
