Our client is looking for a Pizza Chef to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience in pizza-making.
- Requirements are but not limited to:
Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas
- Ensure pizzas are made to order and meet quality standards of the restaurant
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering ingredients and supplies when needed
- Collaborate with other kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous work experience as a pizza chef
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for cooking
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards during service
- Willing to work on roster basis Monday to Sunday, including public holidays
