One of the our leading clients within the hospitality industry is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead and oversee daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, and team performance while reaching targets. You will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing guest satisfaction, controlling costs, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
Duties Include:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including both front-of-house and back-of-house functions;
- Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered by all staff;
- Develop and implement effective operational policies and procedures;
- Train, mentor, and support staff to uphold service standards and operational efficiency;
- Create staff rosters and manage labour costs effectively;
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen-to-service coordination;
- Track sales, monitor budgets, and ensure financial targets are met;
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations as well as licensing laws.
Requirements
- Proven recent local experience in a Restaurant Manager role;
- Strong leadership and team management skills;
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays;
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences;
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Education and Experience
- Certification in hospitality management or a related field will be considered an asset
