Sales Executive

  Central Malta  |  up to €25,000 Annually 

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, achieving sales targets, and building strong client relationships. This role requires a proactive mindset in identifying business opportunities and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Handle sales orders from customers and sales representatives accurately and efficiently using ERP software. Ensure all order details, pricing, and product information are correct before processing.
  • Customer Communication: Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly, maintaining a positive attitude to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Data Management: Keep the customer database updated with accurate information, ensuring sales records, invoices, and payments are well-maintained.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Follow internal policies and procedures related to sales processes, data privacy, and confidentiality. Ensure sales documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Visitor Management: Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests, ensuring a professional and friendly environment.
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Client Meetings: Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
  • Sales Presentation: Promote and sell services to existing and prospective clients.
  • Client Tours: Provide detailed tours for potential clients.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with clients.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and nurture positive business relationships with customers.
  • Solution-Oriented: Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform additional tasks as needed in line with the role.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant policies and maintain accurate sales documentation.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Must have a valid local driving license.

Education and Experience

  • Previous experience in Sales, Events &/or Sales of events.
  • Relevant educational qualification.
