Our Client is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join the front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience in a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and present menus.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and wine pairings.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve orders efficiently and professionally, maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure tables are clean, set properly, and maintained throughout service.
- Handle customer queries, requests, or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Work closely with other staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Requirements
