Our Client is looking for customer-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing exceptional service, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Greet and seat customers in a courteous manner.
- Present menus, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations when necessary.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Process payments and handle cash/card transactions.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant policies at all times.
- Assist with cleaning duties, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Willing to work on roster basis Monday to Sunday, including public holidays
Education and Experience
- Skill Pass for TCNs is required
