Job Description
The HR Officer works under the supervision of EUAA Head of Payroll and Entitlements Sector
performing some or all of the following tasks:
- Engaging in HR projects and administrative work related to the activities of the Sector (e.g. implementation of the seat agreement between EUAA and the Greek government, liaising with local authorities etc.);
- Ensuring efficient communication with EUAA Staff;
- Collecting the relevant documents, checking them, preparing files and ensuring proper and accurate circulation;
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. local Authorities, medical clinics, etc.) guaranteeing a timely follow-up of the processed instances;
- Carrying out research and liaising with national and local authorities on matters related the national and local legislation and context;
- Supporting the development of a framework for staff and personnel related matters for the specific country operations they are assigned to where relevant;
- Supporting the Head of Sector and team members, providing the needed administrative support and arising ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Greek language.
- Excellent knowledge of English language (level C1 in all dimensions as per the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages or CEFRL).
- Proficient in using computer applications and software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Education and Experience
- A completed university degree of at least three years attested by a diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
