IT Resource and Talent Management – Interim Support
Location: EUAA HQ, Malta.
Tentative start date: 01/02/2025, with a probationary period of 6 months.
Salary Category IV - Gross monthly: 3,920.72 Euros.

Responsibilities
- Support the Head of ICT Unit in ensuring strategic management of human resources in the Unit.
- Support IT Business Support Sector with specific focus in area of IT Resource and Talent Management and implementation of contracts for consultancy and other outsourced services in ICT Unit. Cooperation with IT Budget and Sourcing Team.
- Draft and keep up-to-date guidance documents and/or administrative circulars on the implementation of the financial, procurement and contract management processes of the ICT Unit. Preparing on data entry level requests for budgetary commitments/decommitments and drafting Specific Contracts and Order Forms.
- Update databases and excel monitoring tables and ensure that the information is always kept up-to-date and readily accessible by the full team.
- Participate in implementation of IT strategic goals and initiatives.
- Provide assistance with IT projects, processes, as well as associated communication and change management strategies.
- Provide assistance with collection, organization, analysis and synthesization of qualitative and quantitative data.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and provide excellent customer-oriented service.
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the Head of ICTU.
Minimum requirements
- Completed bachelor’s degree.
- Professional experience in resource and talent management such as contracts, financial and human resource management.
- Experience in providing customer service and liaising with external contractors.
- Effective written and spoken communication skills in English (B2 level according to Common European Framework of Reference for language skills), the working language of the EUAA.
Advantageous
- Demonstrated knowledge of law and experience in procurement evaluations.
- Professional experience in a position related to the duties, in a European Institution, Agency or Body.
- Experience in studying and/or working abroad and/or in a multicultural environment.
- Motivation to work in a dynamic working environment.
