Our client has diverse business ventures. As they are growing they are engaging a Group Human Resources Manager to join their team. This role will be instrumental in shaping and aligning HR practices, fostering a unified culture, and supporting their growth through scalable people strategies.
The Role
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the overall business vision across all ventures.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes across multiple business units.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies while adapting to the unique needs of each company.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and professional development initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to identify talent gaps and build strong organizational structures.
- Oversee HR compliance, compensation, benefits, and risk management functions.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all ventures.
- Implement scalable systems and processes to support fast-paced, growing teams.
- Handle the payroll tasks
Requirements
- Have a mimimum of 3 years in a similar Senior Human Resources role
- Have strong leadership skills
- Experience managing HR across multiple entities or in startup ecosystems preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution capabilities.
Education and Experience
- Preferably have tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
