Head of Human Resources (HR)

Our client operates both locally and internationally. They would like to engage a Head of HR to lead the HR function to align with business goals and foster a high-performance culture

The Role

  • You will oversee talent acquisition ensuring that all the process is streamlined and running efficiently.
  • Take care of employee relations and performance management.
  • You will ensure that the learning and development section continues to be enhanced to cater for all ongoing needs of the company.
  • You will lead the Compensation Management and workforce planning. 
  • As the the Head of HR acts you will act as a strategic business partner, ensuring HR initiatives support business objectives and drive continuous improvement. 
  • You will handle the HR strategy and be part of the Senior Management team.
  • Other responsibilities include workforce budgeting, salary reviews, employer branding, and recruitment optimization. 
  • Employee engagement, conflict resolution, and performance management are key areas of focus. 
  • Your role also ensures compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and ethical workplace practices. 
  • You will manage a team and collaborate with leadership to drive organizational development. 
  • Candidates need at least five years of experience in a similar role with expertise in HR best practices and multi-territory support. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

  • You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Having multi territory experience will be considered as a strong asset
  • You need to have proven strong leadership experience
  • Have strong strategic and problem solving skills
  • Have excellent communication skills
