We are currently building a reserve list of highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistants to support our recruitment projects for EU agencies. This is not for immediate needs but for future operational requirements during periods of increased recruitment activity.
The workload will vary based on the company’s needs during these influxes, making flexibility and adaptability essential. Successful candidates will be called upon as needed to provide remotely and on shifts (morning or evening hrs) critical recruitment support across multiple EU projects.
Responsibilities
- Advertising job openings across multiple channels, sourcing candidates and managing the communication process with candidates.
- Managing vacancy applications and candidates’ information in our Applicant Tracking System.
- Assisting in various recruitment projects throughout their lifecycle, including screening and shortlisting candidates, conducting phone and video interviews, and making meaningful recommendations to candidates and clients/partners.
- Creating talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Consistently ensuring that administrative requirements are up to date and effectively managed.
- Participating in meetings and panel interviews with partners/clients, providing them with the necessary support to ensure a smooth-flowing recruitment process while building strong, long-term relationships.
- Other ad hoc duties that may arise.
Requirements
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and capable of independently taking initiative and ownership of their duties.
- A highly driven individual who is capable of efficiently working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work under pressure.
Education and Experience
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is required.
- Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel).
- Previous experience in HR or Recruitment will be considered an asset.
