HR and Regulatory Officer

  Central Malta  |  €25,000 - €30,000 Annually 

Our client operating within the Tech/Software Industry is looking to employ talent within the Human Resources department. The selected individual will be playing a key role in structuring and developing procedures within the company. Responsibilities:

  • Assisted in the development and updating of HR policies to align with legal standards and best practices.
  • Supported the onboarding process for new employees, including organizing training schedules and documentation.
  • Maintained HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborated with HR leadership to streamline and improve processes across HR functions.
  • Managed the ISO 9001 Document Management System, ensuring documents were compliant and up to date.
  • Played a key role in preparations for ISO 27001 certification, including coordinating with departments for compliance.
  • Conducted internal audits and contributed to continuous improvement initiatives in line with ISO standards.
  • Stayed informed of regulatory changes and updated policies to ensure full compliance.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Knowledge of human resources practices and employment laws preferred
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR software is preferred
