HR Associate

  Central Malta

Our well-known client is on the lookout for an HR Associate to join their growing team. In this role, you will be working closely and supporting management.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Managing all administrative tasks related to onboarding and offboarding interims, from pre-selection to post-termination.  
  • Assisting management with absence tracking and performance appraisal documentation.  
  • Updating and maintaining HR records and the HRIS (Talexio).  
  • Preparing payroll by collecting, verifying, and entering Time & Attendance data.  
  • Communicating with interims via email or calls and supporting management during one-to-one meetings.  
  • Handling data entry, mail, and generating or processing documents and reports as needed.  
  • Providing support to management with additional project-related tasks as required.  

Requirements

  • Either an qualification in HR and/OR 3 years of experience working in a similar role.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft applications especiall Word, Powepoint and Excel.
  • Must be already based in Malta.
  • Must already have local experience in HR.
