A leading company in Malta are looking for an HR Coordinator on Reduced Hours basis to assist the Chief People Officer.
You will be responsible for managing recruitment, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, and coordinating training and development programs. You will focus on attracting and retaining top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle:- creating and posting job profiles and descriptions, liaising with recruitment agencies, Shortlisting, scheduling interviews, reference checks, managing the ATS
- Prepare orientation materials and coordinate orientation sessions
- Collaborate with managers to enhance onboarding experience and training, support employee engagement initiatives and manage the offboarding process
- Identify training needs based on performance evaluation, organise and schedule training sessions
- Support performance management by tracking goals, coordinating performance reviews, assisting managers in addressing issues and implementing improvement plans
- Generate periodic and ad hoc statistical reports on HR metrics
- Assist in the coordination and planning of social events
Requirements:
- A relevant qualification will be considered an asset
- Minimum 2 years experience working within the HR department
- Strong understanding of HR practices and Maltese Employment law
- Able to handle confidential information
- Possess a clean driving license
The role is offered on 30-35 hours per week. Mainly in the morning, but might be required to work in the afternoon on occasion.
