We are looking for an HR Executive with experience in Recruitment to join a well-established company in Malta.
Responsibilities:
- Form part of the team overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding. This includes writing engaging job adverts, collaborating with recruitment agencies, managing the ATS, and ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding process;
- Ensure HR-related documentation is comprehensive, up-to-date, and compliant with legal standards;
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees, offering guidance on company policies and fostering a culture of transparency and trust;
- Lead performance management processes, supporting employees in their personal and professional development;
- Dive into exciting HR projects and contribute to ongoing improvements;
- Analyse and report on key HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and cost per hire; to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in an HR role, with a strong track record in recruitment;
- A degree-level qualification in HR or a related field is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail;
- A forward-thinking, proactive approach with a passion for staying ahead of HR trends and innovations;
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in HR tools, data analysis, Microsoft Word, and Excel;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese and English, with a high standard of integrity and professionalism;
- A collaborative, team-oriented attitude combined with a proactive and self- motivated mindset.
