Our client, one of the largest Company Service Provider in Malta are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join their Human Resources team, focusing on talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee retention. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and fostering a positive workplace culture. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
- Conduct regular assessments of recruitment and onboarding processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics and provide reports to management.
- Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions to build a talent pipeline.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Requirements
- Hold at least 3 years of local experience in a corporate, insurance, or financial setting.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for enhancing the employee experience.
Education and Experience
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
