HR Executive

  Central Malta  |  €30,000 - €35,000 Annually 

Our client, one of the largest Company Service Provider in Malta are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join their Human Resources team, focusing on talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee retention. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and fostering a positive workplace culture. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
  • Design and implement employee retention programs to enhance job satisfaction and reduce turnover.
  • Conduct regular assessments of recruitment and onboarding processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics and provide reports to management.
  • Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions to build a talent pipeline.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employee engagement.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday

Requirements

  • Hold at least 3 years of local experience in a corporate, insurance, or financial setting.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for enhancing the employee experience.

Education and Experience

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
