One of our well-established clients is seeking an HR Generalist to join their expanding team.
The chosen candidate will play a key role in organizing and coordinating staff training, ensuring employees receive the appropriate development opportunities to enhance their performance and contribute to the organization’s goals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department heads to design and implement training programs.
- Develop and maintain an annual training plan and training matrix.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date training records for all employees.
- Create job descriptions, prepare advertisements, screen applications, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with the HR Manager and department heads.
- Support line managers in understanding and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare and deliver employee induction programs.
- Advise applicants and employees on company policies, benefits, procedures, and job opportunities.
- Address employee inquiries, providing relevant information.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Candidates must already be in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta.
- Excellent command in English, both written and verbal.
- A positive, can-do attitude and self-motivated
- Ability to work under-pressure and meet set deadlines
- Team-spirited, organized and detail-oriented
Education and Experience
- At least 1 year prior experience working in an HR role.
