HR Generalist

  Central Malta  |  €22,000 - €25,000 Annually 

One of our well-established clients is seeking an HR Generalist to join their expanding team. 

The chosen candidate will play a key role in organizing and coordinating staff training, ensuring employees receive the appropriate development opportunities to enhance their performance and contribute to the organization’s goals.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department heads to design and implement training programs.  
  • Develop and maintain an annual training plan and training matrix.  
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date training records for all employees.  
  • Create job descriptions, prepare advertisements, screen applications, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with the HR Manager and department heads.  
  • Support line managers in understanding and implementing HR policies and procedures.  
  • Prepare and deliver employee induction programs.  
  • Advise applicants and employees on company policies, benefits, procedures, and job opportunities.  
  • Address employee inquiries, providing relevant information.  
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Candidates must already be in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta.
  • Excellent command in English, both written and verbal.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and self-motivated
  • Ability to work under-pressure and meet set deadlines
  • Team-spirited, organized and detail-oriented

Education and Experience

  • At least 1 year prior experience working in an HR role.
