A local, well-established client of ours operating within the Health Care industry, is searching for an HR Manager to join their team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for a number of aspects across the HR function, including full-cycle recruitment, performance management, training & development, employee relations, and assisting with the organisation of staff events.
- Employee files are kept up to date with all training and other requirement
- Full-cycle recruitment, including the induction and onboarding processes
- Overseeing staff schedules, ensuring a full complement of staff and monitoring of overtime
- Staff performance management and review process including monthly, quarterly and annual appraisals
- Employee matters, including but not limited to staff engagement and retention, disiplinary procedures, and uniforms.
- Scheduling and budgeting for staff training across the work-force
- Monitoring sick leave occurrences and maintaining relevant statistics as necessary
- Organizing and coordinating staff activities, team-building, and other events
- Maintaining the Company's 'Equality Mark Certification'
Requirements
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellend command in English; Fluency in Maltese is highly preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Education and Experience
- Qualifications in Human Resources would be an asset
- Strong knowledge of local HR Processes, Policies and employment law
