HR Manager

  North of Malta  |  starting from €43,000 Annually 

Our client is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager to lead various aspects of HR operations and support strategic initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop recruitment strategies and create engaging job adverts.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection, collaborating with agencies and job portals to secure top talent.
  • Suggest strategies for talent management, employee engagement, and performance improvement.
  • Plan and support engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws, EU directives, and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with teams to promote employee development and career growth.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Manage initiatives to enhance employee skills and deliver training as needed.
  • Perform other HR duties as required, based on organizational needs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable senior management position. 
  • A degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related field. 
  • Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced environment 
  • A people-oriented individual who thrives in social environments.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality sector is considered an advantage.
  • Proficient in both English and Maltese is a must.
