Our client within the Aviation industry, is looking to recruit an HR Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the Group VP HR, the chosen candidate will:
- Lead and manage HR operations for HQ while overseeing HR activities in multiple regions, ensuring alignment with global HR strategies.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and department heads to understand business needs and develop tailored HR solutions that drive performance, engagement, and retention.
- Oversee global talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in the aviation sector.
- Implement and manage global performance management systems, including employee development and succession planning.
- Guide and support managers on people management, including performance reviews, employee relations, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR regulations.
- Drive DEI initiatives, integrating these principles into HR processes and company culture.
- Manage competitive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with company objectives and financial capacity.
- Lead change management processes to support employees in navigating organizational transitions while maintaining a positive workplace culture.
- Support the VP HR and senior leaders in crafting and executing long-term people strategies aligned with corporate goals.
Requirements

Education and Experience
- At least 8-10 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in leading HR functions for global or multi-regional companies, ideally within the aviation or related industries.
- Strong understanding of global HR policies, talent management, and employment regulations.
- Experience managing change and driving organizational transformation.
- Must hold a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Expertise in leading HR digitalization projects and using HRIS systems to streamline processes.
- Experience managing and developing HR teams across multiple regions, ensuring effective communication and implementation of best practices.
