HR Specialist

  South of Malta  |  €35,000 - €40,000 Annually 

Our client who specialises in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for an HR Specialist. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Following established HR policies and procedures
  • Maintaining proper and complete HR records
  • Handling all the company’s HR inquiries
  • Responsible for recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Liaison with Identity Malta for work permits application submission and processing
  • Support in establishing a conducive culture
  • Keep abreast with applicable employment legislation and compliance
  • Assisting with Payroll 
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned by senior management

Requirements

  • Fluency in oral and written English and Maltese
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Positive mindset with a can-do attitude

Education and Experience

  • Proven track record as an HR specialist with a minimum of 2 years experience Skills:
  • Degree in Human Resources would be ideal
