  Central Malta  |  €18,000 - €21,000 Annually 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. This role offers a great opportunity for growth and learning. The ideal candidate will be key in managing administrative HR functions. 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, process, and manage documentation for Third Country Nationals; renewal of work permits, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Generate and submit weekly reports on key HR metrics and recruitment activities to management.
  • Assist with various HR tasks and projects as assigned, including providing support to management with tasks such as scheduling interviews.
  • Handle applications for candidates currently abroad, ensuring all necessary documents are processed efficiently.
  • Prepare and distribute starter packs while providing an overview of company policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing employee inquiries, resolving HR-related issues, and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, along with relevant qualifications in an HR-related area.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, Maltese labour regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Fluency and proficiency in both written and spoken English; Proficiency in Maltese will be considered an asset
