A well-established group of Companies specialising in Business & Commercial Services, is searching to recruit a Human Resources Executive to join their growing team. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Provide clerical support to the HR department.
- Assist with recruitment, contract drafting, and employee engagement/termination processes.
- Maintain accurate HR files and records with confidentiality.
- Submit employee data to relevant authorities.
- Coordinate with payroll to ensure timely updates.
- Manage new employee inductions and support ongoing training.
- Assist with employee complaints and conflict resolution.
- Support performance management processes.
- Help the HR Manager plan and execute events.
- Perform other duties as required.
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00, Friday: 08:00 - 14:00
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role locally.
- Knowledge of Maltese Employment Law and experience liaising with Maltese entities preferred.
- Hold an excellent level of written and verbal English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism in handling sensitive matters.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite.
Education and Experience
- Minimum A' Level education.
