Human Resources Adminstrator

  Central Malta  |  €25,000 - €30,000 Annually 

Our client is looking for a Human Resources Administrator who would support the Head of Human Resources in the day-to-day operations of the HR department, fulfilling all responsibilities associated with the role of an HR Administrator. This includes various specific task as follows. 

  1. Assisting in the recruitment process, which involves sourcing and evaluating profiles, arranging interview schedules, and conducting follow-ups after interviews.
  2. Providing support during employee on-boarding and off-boarding, including new employee orientation.
  3. Maintaining accurate physical and digital employee records and personnel files, ensuring compliance with Data Protection regulations.
  4. Participating in the planning and execution of training initiatives, managing training applications, and keeping track of training records.
  5. Backing the performance management procedures by compiling data and reports, as well as scheduling essential meetings.
  6. Aiding in Health and Safety responsibilities.
  7. Playing a part in promoting overall well-being within the office environment.
  8. Generating necessary reports and documents as required.
  9. Addressing inquiries from employees and other stakeholders, and handling any other spontaneous HR tasks that arise.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills combined with effective organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Trustworthiness and the ability to uphold confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Capability to work collaboratively within a team and a willingness to acquire new skills.

Education and Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a must.
  • Certification in a relevant field.
