Our client, a leading company in the Pharmaceutical Industry, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HRBP to join their team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing candidates.
- Manage a smooth and structured onboarding process, ensuring new hires align with our company’s vision and values.
- Contribute to employee retention strategies, including incentive programs and motivation initiatives.
- Partner with departments to strengthen our reputation as an Employer of Choice.
- Maintain and update the Employee Handbook, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
- Assess training needs, collaborate with department heads to develop training plans, and track progress throughout the year.
- Drive the coordination of year-round performance management initiatives.
Requirements
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- A confident and persuasive communicator.
- Skilled in building strong relationships and negotiating effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a “can-do” attitude.
Education and Experience
- Fluency in both Maltese and English is a must.
- A Level 6 qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar HR role.
- Certification in Maltese Employment Law, with in-depth knowledge of employment legislation.
- Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
