We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic partner, managing workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and training to support operational objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with managers to identify workforce requirements and develop effective staffing strategies.
- Addressing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievance management, and performance concerns.
- Ensuring adherence to health, safety regulations, and labour laws.
- Designing and implementing training programs to enhance workforce skills and support career development.
- Facilitating performance management, career growth, and succession planning initiatives.
- Overseeing recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Developing strategies to boost employee engagement and reduce turnover.
- Conducting feedback sessions and analysing exit interviews to identify opportunities for improved retention.
- Carrying out additional tasks as needed, with a strong focus on maintaining health, safety, and compliance in all activities.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or in a related setting; and,
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and health and safety regulations.
- Good command of English & Maltese.
