Our client, a leading operational firm, is looking to recruit a Human Resources Executive (Recruitment) to join their growing team. The chosen candidate will be responsible to:
- Oversee and manage the full recruitment cycle, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create detailed job descriptions and specifications.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, employee referrals) to identify potential candidates.
- Review resumes and perform initial candidate evaluations.
- Organize and conduct interviews, ensuring a fair, unbiased selection process.
- Administer relevant assessments and analyze results to assess candidate qualifications.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions and positive engagement.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings to verify candidate credentials.
- Manage the onboarding process, coordinating orientation and integration with appropriate teams.
- Develop and execute creative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in recruitment.
- Partner with department heads to identify staffing requirements and support hiring needs
- Provide hiring managers and stakeholders with regular updates on the recruitment proces
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate information, and outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver regular recruitment reports and key metrics to senior management.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and implement best practices for greater efficiency.
- Contribute to HR initiatives and projects that support broader organizational goals.
Requirements

Education and Experience
- MQF Level 6 qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in end-to-end recruitment within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and assessment techniques.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- A good command of English and Maltese.
