Our client, one of the largest Company Service Provider in Malta are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an HR Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and programs that support organisational objectives. Reporting to the Head of HR, your duties will include:
- Manage hiring processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Coordinating and facilitating training programs to enhance employee skills and support career development.
- Assisting with performance appraisals, goal setting, and development plans.
- Developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Preparing HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Providing support to management and staff on HR-related issues and ensuring effective communication across the organisation.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Requirements
- An excellent level of written and verbal English.
- A minimum of 3 years of local experience in a corporate, insurance, or financial setting.
Education and Experience
- A Degree Level Education would be an asset but not a must.
