As a key partner to HR management, the HR Executive will work closely with legal professionals and administrative staff, taking responsibility for specific HR functions and contributing to strategic HR initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment pipelines for support staff, including initial screenings, participating in interviews with HR management, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
- Handle employee engagement and termination registrations with Jobsplus.
- Manage the recruitment and daily administration of summer/seasonal workers.
- Assist HR management in coordinating the Summer Internship Programme for law students.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process for legal staff.
- Help plan and organize training sessions and employee development initiatives.
- Contribute to the implementation of employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for statistical analysis.
- Provide support for performance appraisals and employee feedback processes.
- Review and assist with the development and maintenance of the HR Handbook, policies, and procedures, ensuring they align with company goals and legal requirements.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving HR-related matters promptly and confidentially.
- Assist management in fostering a positive workplace environment.
Skills & Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR role.
- Solid knowledge of HR principles, local employment laws, and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with payroll systems and HR software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
