Our client is seeking to recruit an Executive Human Resources. Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Executive, the HR Executive will drive employee engagement, training, and internal events to foster a positive workplace and strengthen employer brand, support recruitment, policies, and other HR initiatives.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Design and implement training and development programmes aligned with the strategic objectives to support employee growth and upskilling.
- Identify training needs across departments and coordinate relevant workshops, learning initiatives, and external training sessions.
- Promote employee engagement by developing and executing initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience and workplace morale.
- Organise internal events such as team-building activities, recognition programmes, social events, and CSR initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative culture.
- Support internal HR communications to keep employees informed and engaged with development and cultural activities.
- Contribute to HR strategies by introducing innovative ideas that enhance engagement, inclusion, and organisational culture.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee feedback and concerns to help improve job satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure HR policies and initiatives align with regulatory standards, best practices, and company's core values.
- Track engagement and development metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support broader HR functions including recruitment, employer branding, policy updates, and payroll-related tasks as needed.
- Attend training programmes and conferences to stay informed on the latest HR, training, and engagement trends.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Requirements
- 3+ years' of local experience in HR, focusing on training, engagement, or culture development.
- Strong knowledge of learning methodologies, employee engagement, and event planning.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Hold an excellent level of written and verbal English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Proficient in data analysis and HR analytics.
- Candidates must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta
Education and Experience
- Diploma level of education (MQF level 5 or equivalent) will be considered when accompanied with relevant experience.
