Human Resources Manager (Senior)

Our client is an established company in Malta. As they are growing, they would like to engage a Human Resources Manager to join their team.

The Role

• You will handle strategy both in its formulation, presentation and implmentation
• You will lead HR efforts across the company, focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. 
• You will create structured onboarding and training programs to enhance employee development and engagement.
• You will create performance management duties involve leading reviews, establishing KPIs, and fostering continuous improvement. 
• You create and maintain positive employee relations and address issues professionally 
• You will manage payroll and benefits to ensure fair and competitive compensation, using HR systems to streamline payroll, records, and data management for workforce planning.
• You ill ensure compliance with Maltese labor laws and safety standards;
• You will shape a strong HR function that will help the business and departments spearhead growth
• You will be part of the management team.

Requirements

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Have extensive knowledge of the Maltese law
• Have Knowldge of Human Resources Mangement systems
• Having retail experience will be considered as a strong asset
