Human Resources Manager

  South of Malta  |  up to €65,000 Annually 

Our client, a worldwide leader in trusted identity solutions are looking for a highly organised individual to join their team and take responsibility for managing our human resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training and development, collective agreements, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to manufacturing operations, as well as managing the recruitment process. 
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for employees.
  • Address employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Support training and development programs to enhance workforce skills.
  • Monitor performance management and conduct employee evaluations.
  • Lead initiatives for employee engagement and workplace culture improvement.
  • Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and productivity strategies.
  • Handle recruitment, reporting, audits, and regulatory documentation.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday

Requirements

  • Proven local HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Have at least five years of experience in a human resources role.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Hold an excellent level of written and verbal Maltese & English

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
