We are looking for an HR professional to join a well established international company as a Talent Senior Associate. Responsibilities:
- Support the daily HR operations and manage internship programs
- Serving as the primary point of contact for internal staff members, facilitating timely resolutions to employee inquiries.
- Supporting HR operational activities, including the application of sound HR policies and practices, as well as managing employee life cycle activities.
- Participating in and supporting recruitment and selection processes.
- Delivering reports on key HR metrics and providing relevant analysis and recommendations.
- Assisting in various training and development activities, seminars, and events as directed.
- Supporting and driving local talent agendas and initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Physcology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or program management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Power Point
- A passion for talent development and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workforce.
- A strong work ethic and high integrity.
- A self-starter mentality, requiring minimal supervision.
- A willingness to learn and grow within the role.
