Human Resources Senior Associate

We are looking for an HR professional to join a well established international company as a Talent Senior Associate. Responsibilities:

• Support the daily HR operations and manage internship programs
• Serving as the primary point of contact for internal staff members, facilitating timely resolutions to employee inquiries.
• Supporting HR operational activities, including the application of sound HR policies and practices, as well as managing employee life cycle activities.
• Participating in and supporting recruitment and selection processes.
• Delivering reports on key HR metrics and providing relevant analysis and recommendations.
• Assisting in various training and development activities, seminars, and events as directed.
• Supporting and driving local talent agendas and initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Physcology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or program management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Power Point
• A passion for talent development and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workforce.
• A strong work ethic and high integrity.
• A self-starter mentality, requiring minimal supervision.
• A willingness to learn and grow within the role.
