ICT Recruiter (Part-time / Remote Work)

We are currently looking to recruit an IT Recruiter to join our Recruitment Projects Team, with a specific focus on EU Projects. 

Within this position you will be required to:  

  • Advertising job openings across multiple channels, sourcing candidates and managing the communication process with candidates. 
  • Managing vacancy applications and candidates’ information in our Applicant Tracking System. 
  • Assisting in various recruitment projects throughout their lifecycle, including screening and shortlisting candidates, conducting phone and video interviews, and making meaningful recommendations to our clients
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future roles.
  • Participating in meetings and panel interviews with partners/clients, providing them with the necessary support to ensure a smooth-flowing recruitment process while building strong, long-term relationships.  
  • Supporting the team with additional recruitment needs during periods of increased activity.

The selected candidate will be working remotely on a part-time basis (20 hours per week), morning or afternoon, depending on the exigencies of the job. 

Requirements

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Capable of independently taking initiative and ownership of their duties
  • Capable of efficiently working in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years experience working within recruitment, with at least 1 year of experience specifically focused on IT roles
  • Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel).
