Learning & Development Executive

Our well-established client is seeking a Learning & Development Executive with a people-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for fostering growth in others to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify training needs at both departmental and individual levels through job analysis, performance reviews, and regular consultations with department managers.
  • Collaborate with training providers to create tailored programs for employees and the company.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and analyze related data and reports.
  • Conduct engaging orientation sessions to support seamless onboarding of new hires.
  • Act as the main contact for employee training inquiries, offering guidance and support.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Learning & Development.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to e-learning tools.
  • Strong design abilities and keen attention to detail in developing training materials.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both Maltese and English.
