Payroll Executive

Our client in the hospitality and fashion industries is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Payroll Executive to manage payroll functions and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and organizational policies. 

Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll and generate payslips using payroll software for clients.
  • Calculate and adjust records for taxes, social security contributions, and deductions.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation, company policies, and agreements.
  • Prepare payroll-related reports.
  • Manage and maintain the clients’ database effectively.
  • Provide day-to-day assistance to clients, resolving queries and addressing operational needs.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with payroll processes and systems is an advantage, but training will be provided for candidates with no prior experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling data.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; additional experience with payroll software is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist clients and work collaboratively with the team.
