Real Estate Trainer

Our client, is lookign to recruit a Real Estate Trainer to join their growing team. The chosen candidate will report to the General Manager and will:

• Design and execute comprehensive training programs for both new hires and experienced consultants to drive performance, knowledge, and engagement.
• Lead interactive and informative onboarding sessions to ensure new team members are effectively integrated into the organization.
• Provide ongoing support through workshops, one-on-one coaching, and skill-building sessions tailored to individual and team needs.
• Partner with management to assess training requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives and performance goals.
• Stay current with real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant, accurate, and compliant.
• Track training outcomes, collect feedback, and implement improvements to maximize the impact and ROI of learning initiatives.

• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead by example.
• A passion for helping others grow and succeed.

Education and Experience

• Proven experience in training, coaching, or learning & development—preferably in real estate or sales-focused environments.
• Familiarity with real estate practices and regulations is a strong plus.
• Fluency in Maltese and English.
