Expedition42 is currently looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our growing recruitment teams at Konnekt within our Generalist & Finance Recruitment Team.
Forming part of a tight-knit team, as a Recruitment Consultant, your role will be centered around managing and developing key client accounts, ensuring that both candidates and clients receive exceptional service. You will have the autonomy to manage your own portfolio of clients, develop strong relationships, and deliver recruitment solutions that go beyond filling vacancies but becoming a trusted advisor and partner to your clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Within this position, you will be required to:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored recruitment solutions to support client growth.
- Independently manage client portfolios while overseeing the full recruitment process.
- Nurture a strong network of candidates, matching them with the best-fit opportunities and providing career advice.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies that offer long-term, sustainable solutions for clients.
- Drive business growth through networking, identifying new opportunities, and continuously improving recruitment processes for enhanced client satisfaction.

- Native fluency in English is required, while fluency in Maltese will be considered an asset
Education and Experience
- A minimum of 3 years previous experience in a similar role or, business development or client management position will be given preference
